Hearing VP's public lecture on ethics at Chanco, he tackled something I highlighted in 2017. Take a look... *WE NEED NON PARTISAN PEOPLE OF INTEGRITY & OF NO TRIBE: ARE THERE ANY?* Some people accuse the President of being _tribalistic_ in his appointments. They say he favours those from his tribe, the Lhomwe belt... I'm not here to accuse nor defend him, but let me point out that this vice is there even in Churches, Companies, Universities, NGOs, Football, and other established institutions etc and people don't complain, yet these are the breeding grounds. In these breeding grounds, don't we have Chewas who favours their fellow Chewas? Don't we have Tumbukukas who have parked institutions with their fellow tribesmen? Haven't our tribes captured the whole company with our kinsmen? Some of us have in fact relocated the whole clan and villages into such institutions. Why are we trying to remove a speck from others when we ourselves have logs that need massive operations? How hypocritical of us to put a blind eye to such evil acts which ourselves are main culprits? Haven't we got that contract, scholarship, award, job, promotion because of our tribe? Aren't young people failing to find jobs, let alone get an interview, just because they don't belong to your tribe? Haven't you blocked that promotion for someone else because he ain't of your tribe? Aren't you secluding yourselves from people of other tribal groupings? Isn't your Church Committee full of your tribespeople? Let those who don't practice nor are direct or indirect beneficiaries of this evil be the second [after me] to cast the stone! This is GREED and pure EVIL, and YOU'RE ALL destroying this nation. We need people of integrity...
