DEPUTY MINISTER BUTI MANAMELA TO LEAD AN AWARENESS CAMPAIGN ON FRAUDULENTLY OPERATING COLLEGES Deputy Minister for Higher Education and Training, Mr Buti Manamela will lead a nationwide public awareness campaign aimed at enforcing compliance with the relevant legislations in the private college sector. The campaign will consist of inspections and public awareness activities in major towns and cities around the country including Rustenburg, Johannesburg, Durban, Port Elizabeth, Nelspruit, Polokwane and Bloemfontein. Deputy Minister Manamela will be in Johannesburg tomorrow Friday, 19 January to inspect the Colleges in the area with the relevant law enforcement authorities.
