Mana: Construction of new Mzuzu Civic offices will start end February and will cost close to K2 billion, Mzuzu City Council Chief Executive officer has said. Speaking with the Malawi News Agency (Mana) in an interview recently, the CEO Macloud Kadammanja said the new office complex would be behind Grand Palace Hotel and has been funded by Malawi Government through the national budget. He said new offices are necessary because the current civic centre has no space for new construction and that the buildings are old.
